Regarding shift basis validation

Question

i am having a dropdown named some 'xxx'.timein textbox,timeout textbox

in my dropdown i may have three selected values.if i select one text in my dropdown with timein and time out...and save then
the same selected value should not have the same timein and timeout for per day. give me some idea or sample code???
