regarding Screen resolution for displaying windows form

Question

I am designing a dot net Window application which has the resolution 1366x768.I am not able to resize the form controls when the resolution of the screen goes higher or lower than the given screen resolution.Is there any solution in which I could resize the form controls for lesser or higher resolution also... i have search alot on Internet.. but i didn't get Proper Solution for this.. please  help me for perfect solution... so that i will really thankful to you....
