Regarding dashboard

Question

Hi,
 i have a query regarding dashboard,
 i have to create a dashboard which will show he data of all employees sales in one graph ,
 the drop-dawn will month , region , product . i have never worked before on dashboard ,
 can anybody help me.

 what will be the structure of table in sql server and how will i be able to make this graph
 and also i needs to export that graph to excel .
