Regarding admin work in website

Respected Sir,

 

 

I need the detaile explaination about admin work in entire website and i need the code for admin work i.e, it includes admin registration, admin login, admin to give permissions for  admin subordinates to view the details of the users and i need code for admin to register, add , update, delete, view the users details using jsp, jdbc ,html, css, jquery. and how to change the modifications and implements those details in admin dashboard template of a  admin template.
