Refresh a window and lost programs

Dear I have Refreshed the windows 8 to 8.1 and at that time I have my all data and programs but when I want to get back to window 8 instead of window 8.1 then I go to change pc settings and then refresh the window it removes all my programs , How to get back my previous first time window with programs I have not any restore point created?
