Redirection and scroll down

Question

Hi Techies,

I have two pages named: Index.cshtml and index1.cshtml

Now im in index.cshtml, When i click the <a href to Index1.cshtml>.It will redirect to index1 page and scroll down to the particular div?

By using javascript or Jquery? and How is possible to achieve?
