Recommendations for MDI C# Application

Question

When creating a large MDI Application is it suggested to create a globalized connection string?  I plan on connecting to just one MS Access Database, but I also need the ability for the location of the Database to be updateable for the end user.

 

Any suggestions on this would be great.  I'm fairly new at programming in general.
