Recommendation for VPS hosting provider?

I'm looking for a provider that can support me with general cloud based storage, as well as a Windows based VPS. A friend referred me to a company called Virtzone, although I've never dealt with them personally. Any thoughts on Virtzone, or any other potential provider would be greatly appreciated!
