Receive attachment in Azure Bot Framework(w/o using default)

Question

I have a requirment to recieve attachment in Azure Bot Framework from user without using the default attachment button in the bottom left corner. So please suggest me the possible scenarios to do the same. Also let me know whether the below scenarios are feasible, If yes please help me on getting this done.
