reading web page live database

Question

I'm using C# dot net, i'm having a problem! I dont know how to read data from a web page! I need to collect the data and store it in a files in the database! I created a program that reads data from Microsoft Access Database!! I need to know how i could take the data from the net and place it in the database!!! HELP!!!!!!
