Reading unread mails from the gmail inbox

Question

Hi,

I want to read all the unread mails from the gmail inbox and mark that mail as read. Also i want to get all the details of that mail such as From, Body, Subject, Title, Id etc.
I dont want to use the any third party dll or control.
