Reading textbox value of third party application in c#

Question

Hi all,

is it possible to read textbox values of third party app(java) from another c# Application using Interprocess Communication in c#?

i have only .exe of third party app. 

is it possible to access data using Interprocess communiation or if not how can i read the data.
