read xml file, modify xml file based on excel data and save

Hello everyone,

 

i am now currently working on a project ,in which xml files are placed in a folder i want to modify these xml files based on excel data for example

this is how xml file data looks i want to edit the data present inside the name tag using excel data.

can anybody  provide me a solution i have attached files in a folder.
