Read xml data coming from Web Api URL

Hi friends,

 API ex :

 

https://Test.com/forums/post?datefrom=2017-15-20&dateto=2017-05-06&username=rajesh&password=abcd

 

when I test my api in postman it is giving response in xml format.

 

Now I want to read  xml format and need to insert few columns data in xml into database table.
