Read table column?

Question

Hi............

  one table is there with no of column, like emp, age,sal,DOB etc,
so How can  I read content of Age is null or some  number present,so my intension is 

if content of Particular column in a particular Row is not null,i pick that column,and create word template with same column name(empty word template),example emp column have name, this column,present in template Header column,i hope u understand.

Please help me for this ........
