read format xml file

Question

hi
i use vb6
and i have a format xml like attach file
i want generate it dynamic
every node that have childnodes is a table 

and i have a table called BL and a table called shipper and a table called PricingData

now i want insert data into them 

note that format is fixed but possible add many node to it 
becuce i need to a sample code for generate it dynamic
i write it like hardcode that is very code and dirty code

please help me
