Read Excel from reference of c1.c1Excel.2.dll.

Hi,

How can i read data of Excel file from the reference of c1.c1Excel.2.dll supports .xls,.xlsx format that converts into Ascii format and display into datagridview..and Read data from gridview to text file as comma seperator..could you help me how can i write this code..
