read an xml and write data into database table

Question

Hello read an xml and write data into database table . reply as soon as possible. 

My Task is
XML structure like as follows:
snapshot
               RAN
  DBA_AEM
  sector_tbl
  carrier_tbl
  sector-carrier_tbl

Caution: XML file can be very big so optimal approach would be such which doesn't load entire xml at one go. DotNet solution is better. 
So, 
Sample Database table columns Data which i have to get data from XML(from mulitple tables).

Plz rly me as soon as posible with solution.its an urgent requirment
