React vs Angular

I see, there is a alot of discussion online about Angular vs. React. React is a Library and Angular in a Framework. Why is there a comparisoin ?.

I am C# ASP.NET MVC developer. Can you please advise me which one I should pick to learn that would help me in job market in near future.
