RDLC not full in reportviewer in winform C#

I have a big problem and thanks to everyone for contributing ideas to solve 

this problem when i load form and report rdlc is still full reportviewer 

but when i embed this form into another form and make report then rdlc 

report is not full reportviewer! Can someone help me?
