Rating of Stars using Javascript Client side

Hello Members,

Hope you are doing good!

Can any one help me on creating the below webpage using java script and When we are doing mouse hove on stars 1st one need to show poor, 2nd one need to show ok, 3rd average, 4th good, 5th Excllent.

Can any one guide me here..
