Question on Attaching Embedded videos on Blog

 Hi All,

 Now a days when I write articles, I want to avoid lot of screen shots (Bandwidth Eaters) and Placing the videos in Blog then referring those blogs in my articles. It is useful for blog user looking for particular topic as well as Articles that run on specific topic. As the video size is big, I am compressing it in 7zip format (Free tool with significant compression ratio compared to .rar format) and enclosing that in a zip file.

The Question is, Is there a way to upload the video and get an embed code and
if there is a way to get embedded code how do I use it in the C-sharpcorner blog.
