question about web.config wcfConnectionService

Question

HI,

Ive got a strange question. I created on a windows 10 Computer a wcfConnectionService. on that computer the endpoint works fine. However I zipped the program and installed it on my other computer ( a windows 8 computer) but I can't get it working. It keep getting an error when I go to the endpoint adres. 

I got a 404.3 error. So how can I fix this ??

the problem doesn't lie in my web.config I think otherwise it wouldn't be working on my windows 10 computer.
