Query String URL filter webpart passing multiple parameters

Hi,

 

I am not able to send more than one parameter in querystring filter url webpart. When i try to do the changes in advanced filter options in webpart "Send all values" option is disabled. Please some one help me how to send multiple parameter in querystring url webpart.
