Query relation table then export to XML but have to valid with XSD Schema also

Question

The story is.... I got a lot of Schema from customer.There is a main schema file that refer to the other schema within folder. I have to coding by query from our database (mysql) and export to XML... The question that I understand is : How To... export the XML to according (valid) with XSD. Schema of Customer gave to me... Because the tag element and attribute is not the same....
