Query For MVc4 Wizard (Urgently)

Question

i have upload three files 

1.model

2.view

3.controller

basicially its a simple registration form i add capcha here

there is two divs to store information

first,next

problem is that when i enter incorrect capcha code then it go back to first div so we want to still on that div where capcha is incorrect

i send code for this basically i think some jquery creates problem
