Query about ASP.NET ???

Question

Hey guys , I am going to build a Web Application its not much big but average size website. I have experience in C# so I thought I should use ASP.NET. 

So i want to ask some questions to  C#-corner community . 

1. Is ASP.NET good choice for web apps ?
2. Is ASP.NET good choice for large enterprise web apps ?
3. Is ASP.NET good choice for a Web App Developer career ? 
   
4. .NET Technologies is a good choice for starting a small IT company to develop apps in UAE and Europe ?
