Pull Paper down before printing - roll paper, DOT Matrix

Question

Hi

I have C# Application which prints receipt (4inch Heght)

When paper placed in the printer - (tearoff position at the top)

Print head is at  1 and half inch below paper top

I have to start print  half inch below paper top

for this, paper has to be pulled down 1 inch below, before start printing

 

It is windows mode printing, printing to to Printer Driver s/w

(not directly printing to Port, which is DOS, in DOS, pulling paper down is not a task at all)

 

any help
