Projecting a powerpoint slide show on a phone

Question

Is there any way that to create something in C#, maybe using Microsoft office developer tools that, project a running slide show in a PC to a phone, for now let's not consider what phone, just a phone. 

 

The phones and PC could connect to a same network and people using the phones can review any part of the slide show using their phones but can't affect the actual running presentation on the PC. 

I don't know about the Office developer tools, but there's any way to do it, I would like to learn it.
