Project to Project communication

Question

I have 2 projects Project A and Project B in my SilverLight Application. In Project A , i ve referred Project B. From Project A , i am calling / showing a xaml in project B. After saving the details i want to refresh a listbox in Project A. I am using MVVM . Anyone knows , how can i refresh a list in project A after saving the details in project B.
