Project in Networking....

Hi Guys..... Any one can help me .... I have to develop a project in C# related to networking.....(in any one of these topics) : Internet application protocols, including those we have not discussed: HTTP, POP, SMTP, NNTP, FTP, etc. Network Games. Distributed Systems Web Services Database applications So any one knows which is the best to chose (much simple in implementation) or how to implement it or what to do about it Plz HELP me ......thanks in Advance.....
