Project finalization

Question

hi, i am prepared a car's shop application on visual studio c# windows form application. Now i want to use on a shop's PC (Personal Computer) and i dont want to install a visual studio on shop pc, it should be work as other software that we can download from internet or copy from cd that it install on your pc and starts works. So please tell me that what should i do.
