Project Deployement

Hello guys, Anyone help, I created a project which uses business layout, and Crystal Report 9, well I created the project setup, when I install it to some one machine it gives me an error that crystal Decision.Crystal Report.Engine should be registered to the GAC and also oone of my library could not be found, or loaded. What is the best way to create my Setup package? Please help
