Progress bar with processing information in the popup

Question

Hi  I want to display on the button click the a pop up where it will show the number item processed with its count with percentage on progress bar,

And below progress bar information of processing . e.g "Item 1 is processed successful.." next line "item 2 process failed". 

 

I would like to use jquery and ajax call for this but no idea how should i?
