Problems with Connection to Oracle Database

Hi @ ALL! I have troubles with a connection to a Oracle Database and hope you can help me. If i try to open a connection in a ASP.NET Web Application to my Oracle database, the following error Message occurs: "Permissione denied" I have no idea why i'm not allowed to read or write values from or into my datebase! Did you have anytime similar errors or a idea what the solution of this problem could be?? Awaiting your answers! Greeze, Chupacabra
