problem with wsdl

Hi. Iam trying to generate a proxy in .net framework 1.1 using the command wsdl.exe the command is wsdl http://somUrl /proxyusername:someusername /proxypassword:somepassword /proxydomain:somedomain when I execute the command, it is giving me the error " The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway." can anybody help me please...its urgent... thanks ganesh
