problem with webform design

Question

Dear All,

I am trying to design one webform but when i run that form in browser more space is coming between controls.

Please find the attachment.
In MenuTimeDetails.aspx page between controls more height is coming What is the solution for this..


& how can i design the webform which will comfortable for all browsers ie. IE,Firefox etc.

& how to place controls in webfor based on measurements?

&Which container is better when i want place morethan one control as a single unit?
