Problem with ToolStripContainer Control and Child Form

Question

    Helllo all, I  design a Two Form, One Is the MDI parent form, In which i add a Toolstrip container control. In toolstripContainer Control I add One Menustrip and three Toolstrip as i want to make all these docakable within ToolstripContainer control.. Now I add another child form to the application. when i maximixe the Child form, there comes a new strip on the top of the toolstrip container with the three biutton(Minimise, restore and close). I want to display this strip below Toolstripcontainer.. so the Menu and toolstrip are common to the child form. can anyone suggest me how to do that?
