Problem With print button in crystal report viewer in mvc4

Question

hi...
             my problem is,in crystal report viewer the when i click on print button it is downloading the report in pdf format but i need to print that report directly from button event...


note:in Internet explorer it is working but in other browsers it is not working

need solution urgently.
can any one help.......
