Problem with Drag and Drop on Exe made C# with visual studio 19.

Question

Hello,

I've made a program in C# providing the use of Drag and Drop with visual Studio 19.

This program works fine in IDE and accept the drag and drop.

This program launched from  exe as user (nornal launch , two cliks) work fine and accept the drag and drop. 

This program lanched from exe as administrator do not accept Drag and Drop. 

It seem a little strange : any help please ?

Installing Visual studio as user or as administrator can make any difference ??
