Problem with Crystal Reports after making Setup

Question

Hi All,
I developed a windows Application with MS ACCESS as my Database. I am using Crysatl reports Also. My project is working fine ... but the problem is coming After making a setup and Deploying on Stand Alone system.
My Problem is whenever I am trying to open Report it is giving Error like this..
CrystalDecisions.CrysatlReport.Engine.ReportDocument.ctor is not Instantiated..
I have added the all the crystal reports Assemblies while making setup but still error is coming
why this error is coming ......Please if any one knows the solution help me out...
