problem with common toolbar in vb.net.

Question

hi, i am new to this group and this first query to this group. i am developing one application with vb.net and ms-access.here mdi form contains common toolbar with save,delete,clear...... buttons.this toolbar is common to all child forms. if want to insert any record i will enter the details in child form text controls and i will press save button, which is on toolbar.here i am unable to save data to back end. here my problem is when ever i press button on toolbar i am losing the control values which are in child form. expecting the answer from you. thanks and regards, sunil kumar.
