problem with ajax calendar extender

Question

Dear all

i have been stucked in an error  

The Controls collection cannot be modified because the control contains code blocks (i.e. <% … %>)

while adding calendar extender to a textbox of a content page

please help me....................... 

 i have attached the code of aspx file.
