Problem with a transparent Picturebox

Question

Hi,

i have a application with a textbox it have a scroller.
Over the half textBox i placed a picturebox its transparent and there is a GIf which is transparent too.

Now the Problem:
On my DEV Machin i have Windows XP with windows2000 style. and the application looks compled in windows2000 style. its ok so

but if i run the app on a windows xp style Computer it looks so: http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd83/JackBlue/IST.jpg

Look to the scroller and the color of the textbox. under the picturebox its windows2000 style and asound the picturebox its XP Style.

How can i fix this?

Please help me, i'm happy about every idea.
