Problem while playing .swf file

Question

hi..
 
in my project there is a problem in flash player..
 
am uploading a .swf file which is run on mouse scroll event ...
 
when i upload it...it looks like a image...when i scroll on that no movement is happend.
 
i did the code below...
 
plz anybody check n tell what mistek i did..
