Problem when i Import data from Access

Hi,

 

I imported data from Access´s table which has Numerics Fields with COMAS as separador but when i got the data in SQL SERVER the fields bring  POINTS as separator instead of COMAS.

 

So when i need to do aritmetics operation in sql server i have wrong and bad results due to this problem. 

 

Please HELP
