Problem video file(using Embed) please solve this problem

Hi....all expert 
I want that video together display image . if I seek video 3 minut, display image another (which image time 3 minut)or I seek video 7 minute, display image another .set to video and image paraller. So please find the solution this problem. All video and image use in dynamic. not static. I am sending text file(which show timing of image),Image folder and code of video. i am using Embed Tag for Video.
