Problem: Set caption of a Columns after data binding in flexgrid componentone

Hi all,
I have a problem when I used FlexGrid of Componentone in my Project

If set caption a column in design mode , it is OK
but , after binding data to FlexGrid, I do not know :"how to set custom value for caption in a columns"

Please, Help me !
