problem on setUp of projet

Hello to the community!

I am a beginner and I need your help on these problems that have tortured me for some time. In fact I developed a c # application on vs2010 with a SQL Server 2008 BD that so far does everything I want on my PC;

 

After creating the SetUp to use my application on other PCs, it happens that every time I have to install SQL Server 2008 on its PCs, so I read a lot of online media that oriented me to Create a local database with sql server 2008 express and this is what i did from vs2010 but when I generate the setup it works well on my pc when I install on another pc after Have to install sql server express I have either the problem of incompatibility of the server, or impossible to connect to the database and yet the bd is found on this machine and at the place indicate since I integrated it in The SetUp. My problem is:

 

I want to integrate in my SQL Server Express SetUp as well as my BD so that by running the SetUp on another PC everything is setup and ready to use.

 

Help me please !!!
