problem in starting xamarin

Question

Hi everyone 

I instaled sdk ndk and jdk then xamarin studio in visual studio when i want to have new project blank app(android) in visual studio, this error appears: "value cannot be null parameter name: path1"

 other problem

to update sdk i run it as an admin but it was closed immediatly

is the first problem because of second one?
